We are looking for a Head Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Islington.
Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Head Chef who is supportive, friendly and hands‑on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.
Salary offer of up to £45,400 including earnings received through tronc, with a bonus reward of up to £6,000.
What Pho is
We are named after Vietnam’s famous noodle soup – PHỞ.
A rich bowl of broth, rice noodle, and plenty of meat (or veggies).

Hands‑on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years in the role.
Experience managing a team of chefs.
We have wok chefs, line chefs and sous chefs to support you.
Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations.
Experience controlling stock and par levels through mindful ordering.
Comfortable using different systems such as Acquire for stock ordering.
