What Pho is looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience (bar or restaurant, or both).
- Big passion for food; as part of our management team, you'll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
- A people person ready to assist in staff training, development, and rota scheduling.
- Experience communicating with suppliers.
- Comfortable using different systems as part of your day‑to‑day, e.g., Acquire for stock ordering.
