PHMG, the world’s leading audio branding agency, is seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation by supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes across our departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various types of financial analysis, including trend analysis and cost-benefit analysis, to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Prepare monthly commercial financial reports, assisting senior managers in making vital decisions through monthly variance analysis and performance review.
- Create insightful board packs to clearly present business performance and key trends to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide support to department heads in optimising resource allocation and driving profitability.
- Provide support to ad hoc projects.

- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a financial analysis role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
