Role: Credit Control Executive
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: 9.30pm - 6.30am 4 nights a week (Sunday to Wednesday night/Monday night to Thursday night)
Salary: £28000 base, £33,000 OTE
Responsible to: Head of Credit Control
Internal Relationships: Sales, ABC, Client Services and Client Support teams
Responsibilities
- Providing a first-class experience to our Australian client base
- Liaising with clients in relation to outstanding invoices/queries
- Managing any defaulted direct debit/credit card payments
- Getting the best possible result from your client base, whilst aiming to excel against KPIs
