Client Success Manager (UK Market) – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | PHMG, Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom
Office location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ. Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm. Reports to: Client Services Manager.
Role summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Client Success Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of audio branding strategies for our clients, translating brand visions into sonic identities. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner, offering consultative, tailored guidance while collaborating with clients, creative teams, and technology experts.
You will drive an exceptional client experience by combining strong interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of world-class customer service, fostering meaningful relationships and contributing to client satisfaction and company success.
Being highly organised and strategic is essential to manage intricate details and timelines while aligning projects with client and company goals. Your mindset will aim to surpass expectations and continuously raise the bar for success.
Role responsibilities
- Client-centric approach: Develop robust client relationships by understanding brand values, objectives, and target audience.
- Communication: Provide prompt and clear updates on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
- Collaboration: Work with creative and technology teams to translate client requirements into audio branding solutions.
- Project management: Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery using data-driven insights.
- Time management: Ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Risk management: Anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Achieving excellence: Own KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain thorough records of client interactions, progress, and feedback.

Experience required
- Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B account management role.
- Unrivalled attention to detail, creativity and initiative.
- Ability to spot opportunities to increase revenue within the account base.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
