Role description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Client Success Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Client Success Manager at PHMG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of audio branding strategies for our esteemed clients. Working in close collaboration with our clients, creative teams, and technology experts, you will translate brand visions into sonic identities. Acting as a seamless extension of our client\’s business, you will be a trusted advisor and partner. Your approach is consultative, taking the time to understand your client\’s brand and offering tailored, strategic guidance.

Your responsibilities go beyond account management; you are the driving force behind ensuring our clients receive not just a service, but an unparalleled experience. The role demands exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of what world-class customer service truly means. Experience and qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B Account Management role
  • Unrivalled attention to detail, creativity and initiative
  • Ability to spot opportunities to increase revenue within the account base
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
