Overview
Client Services Executive – 12 Month Maternity Cover
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: 1pm – 10pm to support North American Clients
PHMG is seeking a Client Services Executive to help ensure every client gets the most value from our service. This role involves providing administrative support to the New Client Activation team and contributing to high standards of customer service. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, attentive, and possess strong listening, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. Full training, support, and development will be provided, with opportunities for progression within the business.

Responsibilities
- Gather client account information from Business Development Managers, ensuring information is complete and accurate
- Ensure each new client passes the relevant Credit checks
- Accurately input client account information into the internal CRM database
- Assist Implementation Managers with scheduling client discovery calls
- Assist Implementation Managers with transcribes, confirmation of appointments and additional CRM tasks
