Role: Client Services Executive – 12-Month Maternity Cover
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: 1pm – 10pm to support North American Clients
We’re looking for a Client Services Executive to help us ensure every client gets the most value from our service. As a provider of administrative support to the New Client Activation team, you’ll be part of an integral department that works to maintain our high standards of customer service. This role would suit a career-minded, focused and enthusiastic person with administrative experience. Self-motivated and helpful, you’re also an exceptional listener – with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will receive full training, support and development, and will benefit from exciting opportunities for progression within the business.

Strategic Objectives And Responsibilities
- Gathering client account information from Business Development Managers, working collaboratively to ensure all information is present and correct
- Ensuring each new client passes the relevant Credit checks
- Accurately inputting client account information on the internal CRM database
- Assisting the Implementation Managers with scheduling client discovery calls
- Assisting the Implementation Managers with transcripts, confirmation of appointments and additional CRM tasks
