Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships for 400-500 accounts, across long-standing and new clients, coordinating with creatives to deliver top-quality productions.
- Provide proactive consulting on clients’ ongoing marketing needs and offer exceptional creative, technical, and commercial support.
- Build strong relationships with decision makers, actively listening to understand business plans and marketing objectives, and present innovative solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver productions and audio projects to exemplary standards with top-tier communication and project management.
- Maintain a constant pipeline of potential new business opportunities and identify commercial opportunities within the client base.
- Monitor client health and key metrics, spotting trends and planning ahead to avoid end-of-month surprises.
- Seek guidance and development opportunities from peers and the wider network.
Measures of success
- Experience in a B2B Account Management, Business Development, or Sales role.
- Ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue within the account base.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume account base.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
