With a primary focus on newly onboarded clients, your mission is to enhance their operational efficiency and elevate their customer interactions by introducing our cutting-edge 'Complete Caller Experience' service. Your responsibility involves strategically positioning our technical solutions to generate additional revenue and unlock the full potential of their communication infrastructure. Your role is paramount in establishing the trajectory of the client's journey with us. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll instil a sense of value and anticipation in our clients, fostering a dynamic that feels less transactional and more partnership-oriented right from the start.
