Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind PHMG's growth. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and creating new relationships with potential clients across the UK and US markets. You will research and map market trends, competitors, and target industries; identify key decision-makers within target organisations; make the first contact with potential clients, setting the tone for their PHMG journey; collaborate with the wider Sales and Music Production teams to organise tailored demo presentations; drive new client acquisition and help grow our global brand.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and create relationships with potential clients across the UK and US markets.
- Research and map market trends, competitors, and target industries.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organisations.
- Make first contact with potential clients, setting the tone for their PHMG journey.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales and Music Production teams to organise tailored demo presentations.
- Drive new client acquisition and help grow the global brand.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential).
- Confidence, drive, and a hunger for success.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- A competitive and ambitious mindset.
- Self‑motivation and eagerness to learn.
Compensation
£30,000 basic salary, rising to £35,000 after 3 months of hitting target. Quarterly pay rises of £2,000 based on performance. Uncapped commission – top performers earn £100,000+ annually. Monthly team bonuses, daily/weekly cash incentives, profit share payouts through the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
