We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Phlo in a full time, permanent position. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Fulfilment Manager, the Dispensing team and the Superintendent in a responsible pharmacist capacity to deliver safe, efficient and patient-centred pharmaceutical services. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence, compliance and continuous improvement - all within a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.
The Job
- Acting as responsible pharmacist ensuring all pharmacy operations comply with professional, legal and company standards
- Occasionally working as a second pharmacist for double cover
- Ensuring the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
- Collaborate closely with the Patient Care and Patient Services Teams and our delivery partners to provide flexible, patient-focused care solutions
- Conducting regular Audits & Risk Assessments to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining procedures and logs in line with the SOPs
- Work Cross-functionally with the engineering, product and design teams to enhance the Phlo platforms and digital services

- GPHC Registered Pharmacist
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Proficient in technology
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- A proactive problem-solver who embraces change and drives quality improvement
