This role sits within our Data & Automation function, working with our Marketing and Finance teams to accelerate user acquisition, optimise performance across channels and unlock the insights that fuel our continued expansion.
Phlo is scaling rapidly and expanding our digital healthcare offering nationwide. As we continue to grow following major investment rounds and our increasing footprint across weight management services and digital pharmacy, your role will be to ensure that our decisions, strategies and budgets are powered by high quality, actionable data and insights. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we understand our customers, how we acquire and retain patients and how we measure growth across the full Phlo ecosystem.
The Job On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
- Creating innovative analyses to surface actionable customer insights, building intuitive dashboards and reports to give Marketing teams rapid visibility of acquisition and retention performance, conversion funnels, behaviours and return on investment.
- Analysing multichannel campaign performance (paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, partnerships) and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition costs, lifetime value and channel efficiency.
- Developing frameworks and measurement models that help us understand the true value of each touchpoint.
- Supporting experimentation and optimisation through A/B testing design, analysis and interpretation.
- Conducting segmentation, cohort analysis and sophisticated behavioural analytics to help strengthen customer retention and lifecycle performance.
- Forecasting demand and supporting planning for new product launches, service expansions and market-growth initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations and Data Engineering to ensure clean data pipelines and analytics that scale with the business.
- Bringing structure, clarity and insight to a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your work will directly inform strategy and investment decisions.
This is a hands on, high-impact position designed for someone who loves solving business problems with data and thrives in a fast-scaling organisation - very much in the spirit of other Phlo roles designed for impactful contributors.

- Have strong communication skills and can tailor insights to audiences at different levels - from specialists to senior leadership.
- Are proactive, detail oriented and excited by fast-paced health tech environments, where rapid experimentation and iteration are key.
- Enjoy ownership and autonomy and are motivated by seeing the measurable impact of your work on company growth.
