About PHL We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing and brand management. Experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign analysis is essential for this position. We need someone who is dynamic and comes up with brilliant new ideas, consistently demonstrating effort to contribute to the company's progress. Key Responsibilities: ·
Oversee marketing for both PHL UK LTD and ILIFT Material Handling websites, focusing on SEO. ·
Communicate daily with MRS Digital, approve content and optimizations, and handle action requests. ·
Attend monthly meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects. ·
Update weekly stock sections on the email and test links before sending. ·
Send weekly stock lists to the customers. ·
Manage social media – create and schedule engaging content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. ·
Having ability to write blog content on forklifts and material handling topics. ·
Manage external agency communications efficiently. ·
Design digital and physical marketing materials such as brochures, signs, vehicle designs, digital content, and adverts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. ·
Create and edit video content. ·
Take high-quality photographs. ·
Execute email marketing campaigns
Qualifications: Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO and PPC principles Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing external agencies. Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and photography. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences. Collaborate with all relevant departments including sales, service. Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems (CMS). Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
