Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) looking to make a real difference in urgent care? Join our team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care across a range of clinical settings.

About The Role

As part of our Integrated Urgent Care team, you’ll work autonomously to provide safe, effective, and timely care to patients of all ages. This is a varied and rewarding role, involving face‑to‑face consultations in clinics, home visits, and urgent care settings.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Assessing and treating patients with acute, non‑acute, and chronic conditions.
  • Carrying out thorough history taking, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Prescribing medication within your clinical competence.
  • Making referrals and managing care pathways across primary, community, and secondary services.
  • Responding to emergency situations and safeguarding concerns appropriately.
  • Ensuring safe discharge with clear after‑care plans.
  • Supporting the development of innovative care models to improve patient outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently at an advanced level of practice, with excellent clinical and decision‑making skills.

Essential

  • Registered with the NMC or HCPC.
  • MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent), including Non‑Medical Prescribing.
  • Minimum 5 years post‑qualification, with 3 years in GP practice, urgent care, or emergency settings.
  • Level 3 safeguarding training for adults and children.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
