As Senior Brand Manager, you will own and drive the development, positioning and execution of the Phizz brand. You’ll lead brand strategy, oversee creative output, and ensure Phizz shows up consistently and impactfully across all consumer touchpoints. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that sits at the heart of our brand marketing team. You will manage and mentor a Graphic Designer and a Content & Social Manager, shaping the creative direction and storytelling that powers Phizz’s presence across campaigns, packaging, digital, retail, social and partnerships.
- Brand World & Strategy
- Lead the development and evolution of the Phizz brand world including brand identity, voice and visual world across the total product portfolio.
- Own brand guidelines and ensure consistent execution across all channels.
- Translate brand world into assets for global and local execution (e.g., retail POS, shopper toolkits, social storytelling frameworks, OOH, experiential activations).
- Collaborate with marketing team on brand planning, campaign ideation and align with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the brand world remains culturally relevant by continuous iteration based on behavioural insights, category trends, and real-time brand health data.
- Champion the brand internally, ensuring all teams understand and uphold the brand world through training, toolkits and ongoing communication.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to delivery across campaigns, packaging, digital, retail, social and partnerships.
- Brief and manage external agencies, photographers, videographers and freelancers when needed.
- Ensure all creative supports brand strategy, performance goals and commercial objectives.
- Develop high-quality creative territories, concepts and moodboards that push the brand forward while maintaining consistency.
- Lead creative reviews, providing strategic and inspiring feedback that elevates output and sharpens brand storytelling.
- Build and implement a robust creative testing framework across channels (social, digital, OOH, retail) to optimise messaging, visuals and formats.
- Maintain a high bar for aesthetic excellence, ensuring the Phizz brand is distinctive, modern and instantly recognisable across every touchpoint.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns and product launches from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align brand storytelling with campaigns, performance marketing, e-commerce and retail initiatives.
- Oversee content calendars, social strategy and brand storytelling across platforms.
- Maintain a strong understanding of audience behaviours to guide content and creative decisions.
- Manage priorities, budgets and timelines across multiple brand initiatives.
- Ensure all creative and brand activity delivers measurable business impact.
- Manage and mentor the Graphic Designer and Content & Social Manager, fostering high-quality, on-brand output across touchpoints.
- Act as a key point of contact between the brand marketing, NPD, sales and e-com teams.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience owning brand development and leading creative execution.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional eye for design, storytelling and brand aesthetics.
- Experience managing campaigns and content across digital and retail environments.
- Highly organised, collaborative and proactive.
