We are expanding and looking to add a National Account Manager to the Phizz team.

You will be looking after key customers, creating exciting plans and continue to drive our stellar growth.

Overview of Role

Location: London Zone 1 (3 days a week in the office)
Reports to: Retail Sales Controller

Key Accountabilities and KPIs

  • Create and implement a Phizz Customer Strategy with assigned customer(s).
  • Grow existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Own and deliver revenue, gross margin, and distribution targets.
  • Negotiate and execute best in class Joint Business Plans and lead range review conversations.
  • Internal business planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance tracking/reporting.
  • Be an expert of the customer/channel and communicate key insights back to the business to ensure we stay ahead of the game.
  • Build a strong network beyond Phizz to actively learn from other brands and ensure we are top of mind with our customers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • ~3+ years of FMCG Account Management experience
  • ~Commercial and analytical mindset with a strong track record of achieving results.
  • ~Natural ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • ~Strong negotiator and influencer, both internally and externally.
  • ~Detail oriented, able to ruthlessly prioritise and highly organised.
  • ~Ability to identify and win new opportunities with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
