PHIX is a fast-growing global fashion brand inspired by music culture, stage energy and 70s tailoring. We create statement pieces designed to stand out and we back strong creative with serious performance marketing to scale internationally. In 2024 and 2025 we completed exciting collaborations with Rolling Stones and David Bowie. We have exciting collaborations lined up for 2026 and beyond.
We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to work directly alongside the founder and take full ownership of paid acquisition across Google and Meta. This is a key in-house role at the centre of the business, hands-on, commercial and focused on growth.
The role
This is not an account management role. You will personally run campaigns day-to-day while owning the wider strategy: deciding what products deserve budget, how to scale winners, and how performance insights feed directly into creative and ecommerce decisions. You'll work closely with the founder and internal teams to ensure paid media drives profitable growth, not just spend.
Strictly in-house & exclusive
This position is fully in-house and on-site in Manchester. You must be fully committed to PHIX and must not run paid media, consulting, or freelance work for other brands or clients while employed in this role.
What you’ll own
- Full ownership of PPC across Google Ads (Shopping / Performance Max / Search) and Meta Ads Manager (prospecting / retargeting / dynamic product ads)
- Scaling hero products and winning collections profitably
- Product-level budget allocation based on performance, margin and seasonality
- Structured testing across creative, audiences, bidding and landing pages
- Clear performance reporting tied to CPA, MER and contribution margin
- Collaboration with founder, creative and ecommerce teams to align growth with brand direction
What we’re looking for (essential)
- Proven experience managing paid media for fashion ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of fashion product cycles, creative fatigue and seasonality
- Hands-on experience scaling Google and Meta campaigns
- Commercial mindset with focus on profitability, not just ROAS
- Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Shopify analytics
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment
What success looks like
- Paid media becomes a strong, reliable growth engine
- Winning products are identified and scaled quickly
- Creative testing runs consistently with clear learnings
- Acquisition grows profitably while supporting brand growth
