The Role
About PHIX
PHIX is a rapidly growing premium fashion brand inspired by British rock 'n' roll, timeless tailoring and iconic cultural style.
Known for collaborations including The Rolling Stones and David Bowie, we create collections that combine elevated craftsmanship with bold design, vintage influences and a distinctive visual identity.
We're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes fashion.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll help own the PHIX marketing calendar and coordinate activity around:
- New product and collection launches
- Brand and licensed collaborations
- Campaigns and editorial projects
- Email and CRM
- Website merchandising
- Paid-media creative
- Organic social and content
- Influencer and partnership activity
You'll take campaigns from idea through to execution, creating clear plans, briefing internal and external creatives, tracking assets and deadlines, and making sure everything launches properly.
You'll also work closely with our ecommerce and performance teams to understand what is selling, what creative is working and where the next opportunities are.
That might mean spotting a product gaining momentum and increasing its visibility, identifying content that should be tested through paid media, or recognising that a launch needs additional creative support.
Email & Ecommerce
You’ll play an important role in our email and CRM programme, helping shape campaign concepts, product selections, copy direction, segmentation and performance reviews.
You’ll also regularly review the PHIX website from a customer perspective, ensuring our homepage, collections, product launches and campaign presentation reflect current commercial priorities.
Performance & Reporting
You don’t need to be a paid-media specialist, but you do need to be commercially switched on.
You’ll become familiar with:
- Revenue and product performance
- Conversion
- Email performance
- Paid-media performance
- Customer acquisition
- Returning customers
- Geographic performance
- Bestsellers and sell-through
We want reporting that leads to action, not reports created simply because it’s Friday.
You’ll help answer:
What worked? What didn’t? What have we learned? What should we do next?
AI & Modern Marketing
We’re actively building AI into the way PHIX operates.
You’ll be encouraged to use modern tools for research, campaign development, analysis, reporting, briefing, copy, organisation and creative experimentation.
We’re looking for someone excited by how technology can make a talented marketer faster and more effective.
About You
You’ll probably have around 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, ecommerce, DTC, lifestyle, beauty, music or another culturally relevant consumer brand.
More importantly, you’ll be:
- Highly organised and fast
- Commercially aware
- Creative with strong visual judgement
- Interested in fashion, music and culture
- Comfortable with data
- Naturally proactive
- Detail-focused
- Confident expressing an opinion
- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Experienced with modern digital and AI tools
You should naturally ask "What should we do next?", rather than waiting to be told.
What Success Looks Like
Within six months, we’d expect you to have helped create:
- Better organised and more effective launches
- A clear and proactive marketing calendar
- Stronger coordination between creative and performance marketing
- Better use of PHIX content
- More consistent CRM and email activity
- Clearer commercial reporting
- Faster execution across the marketing function
- More ideas reaching the business as recommendations rather than questions
