Hi, we're Phiture — the mobile growth consultancy working with the teams behind leading apps like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO®. We're setting the standard for growth in the brave new digital world, and we need great people to join our global team! We're looking for a Project Manager to join Phiture on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This role is critical to ensuring smooth project execution, strong resource coordination, and healthy account profitability across our mobile growth clients. You'll work closely with Growth Leads and Account Managers to keep delivery structured, efficient, and commercially sound. This is not an administrative PM role. We're looking for someone who understands mobile growth marketing delivery and can confidently manage timelines, resources, and budgets in a fast-paced agency environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Project Planning & Scoping
    • Collaborate with Growth Leads and Account Managers to translate client objectives into clear project plans
    • Scope projects with defined deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource needs
    • Assess capacity and allocate team members based on skills and availability
  • Resource & Profitability Management
    • Monitor timesheets, utilization, and project budgets
    • Ensure projects remain on time and within scope while protecting profitability
    • Identify and address time overages or resource gaps proactively
  • Project Execution & Coordination
    • Act as the operational bridge between Growth, Creative, and Account teams
    • Ensure all deliverables — including creative tasks — are executed on schedule
    • Maintain detailed timelines and follow up on milestones
    • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and resolve them early
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and forecasting
    • Track and report on project performance, resource utilization, and profitability
    • Support client updates in collaboration with Account Managers

WHAT YOU BRING TO US

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency or mobile growth environment
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing workflows (non-negotiable)
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
  • Proven ability to estimate effort, manage resources, and monitor profitability
  • High attention to detail and structured, execution-focused mindset
  • Confidence using tools like Asana, Harvest, Forecast, or similar
