We are working exclusively with a high-growth, PE backed Financial Services group as it enters an exciting phase of international expansion and investment. With significant backing from a leading PE firm, the organisation is elevating its finance and treasury capability to support scale, sophistication, and future ambitions.
This newly created role sits at the centre of the Group Treasury function. Youβll be managing liquidity, supporting funding decisions, and helping shape how capital is used across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. This is a highly visible position, partnering with senior leadership, banking institutions and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily cash positions, liquidity, and cash pooling across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
- Monitoring short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and supporting financial planning activity
- Preparing treasury and liquidity reports for senior leadership with accuracy and clarity
- Optimising working capital across the group, identifying efficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Maintaining strong banking relationships and supporting negotiations on facilities and lending arrangements
- Overseeing covenant reporting and ensuring compliance with funding terms
- Developing treasury policies, controls, and procedures to support a growing and maturing function
- Supporting treasury system enhancements, automation initiatives and data quality improvements
- Collaborating closely with Finance, the CFO, and PE investors on strategic capital allocation and value creation projects
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Control, or a related discipline, ideally within Financial Services or another regulated sector
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, FX exposure or debt facilities
- Comfortable working across complex, multi-entity and multi-currency group structures
- Analytical, detail-driven, and proactive, with a desire to make improvements rather than simply maintain status quo
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and external banking partners
- Treasury or accountancy qualifications (ACT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA) beneficial but not essential
- Experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment advantageous
