- Integrating automation into project tools and leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to track portfolio performance.
- Supporting workstream leads in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Driving cross-functional alignment, removing blockers, and keeping delivery on track.
- Partnering with Finance and Analytics to track benefits realization against enterprise value targets.
- Running governance forums, including steering committees and status reviews, ensuring decisions are documented and executed.

- Institutionalizing PMO processes, templates, and frameworks across the business.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, and reporting automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and delivery teams alike.
- Data-driven mindset, able to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Experience in SaaS, professional services, or private equity-backed companies is advantageous but not essential.
