We are supporting a leading global industrial group sector in identifying an M&A Manager to join its Corporate Development team. The organization is actively engaged in a pipeline of strategic acquisitions and divestitures and requires experienced deal support through upcoming transaction phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end M&A execution across buy-side and sell-side processes
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling, and synergy assessments
- Lead targeted market and competitive research to support strategic decision‑making
- Coordinate due diligence workstreams across internal teams and external advisors
- Prepare materials for internal decision forums and senior leadership review
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in M&A / Corporate Development / Transaction Advisory
- Background in investment banking, Big 4 deal advisory, or in-house M&A
- Strong financial modelling and commercial assessment capabilities
- Confident stakeholder communicator with the ability to engage senior leadership
- Experience in industrials beneficial
- Must be available to start at short notice
