Phipps Cameron Recruitment Limited is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to connecting top talent with premier organizations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Finance Leadership hiring team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic finance leadership and recruitment services to clients
• Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs
• Identify, attract and headhunt top talent for clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Cold and warm business development
• You will cover a Perm or Interim – Finance Leadership desk

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a 360-recruitment role, within a consultancy or agency setting
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering results
• Experience recruiting into Finance, or a similar professional services market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of personal billings and market knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong entrepreneurial and business development mindset
• Confident ability to drive relationships with senior candidates and clients
• Ability to use own initiative
