The Role
You will join our collaborative Research & Delivery team, partnering closely with lead consultants to deliver mandates for a diverse range of clients. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining high-quality candidate pools across different sectors and geographies within the USA
- Conducting detailed market mapping and targeted outreach
- Screening and assessing candidates, managing them through the search process
- Supporting client briefings and delivering clear, timely communication throughout the project
- Collaborating with consultants on business development initiatives
The ideal candidate:
Experience in sourcing and candidate search is important. But even more critical are:
- Adaptability and sector flexibility
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Other languages would be advantageous given our international client base
