About Us: Phipps Cameron Recruitment Limited is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to connecting top talent with premier organizations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our well-established USA hiring team, in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recruitment services to clients in the USA
  • Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs
  • Identify, attract, and headhunt top talent for clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Cold and warm business development

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a 360-recruitment role, within a consultancy or agency setting
  • Strong understanding of the USA recruitment market and industry trends
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering results
  • Experience working with clients and candidates across the Private Equity space
  • Experience recruiting into Finance, or a similar professional services market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of personal billings and market knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong entrepreneurial and business development mindset
  • Confident ability to drive relationships with senior candidates and clients
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
