We are partnering with a growing, private equity–backed professional services business to appoint a commercially focused Regional Finance Director. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting regional operational teams and driving financial performance across a multi-site environment. This opportunity would suit an experienced finance leader who enjoys being close to the business, influencing senior stakeholders, and operating within a fast-paced, evolving PE-backed setting.

The Role

  • Act as the senior finance lead for the region, partnering closely with operational and regional leadership
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across multiple sites
  • Provide clear, commercially focused insight to support decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Lead and develop the regional finance team
  • Support integration, process improvement and value creation initiatives
  • Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience within a multi-site, services, legal or professional services environment preferred
  • Exposure to private equity–backed or high-growth businesses advantageous
  • Hands‑on, pragmatic and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
