Phipps Cameron Recruitment Limited is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to connecting top talent with premier organizations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Finance Leadership hiring team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic finance leadership and recruitment services to clients
- Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs
- Identify, attract and headhunt top talent for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Cold and warm business development
You will cover a Perm or Interim - Finance Leadership desk.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a 360-recruitment role, within a consultancy or agency setting
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering results
- Experience recruiting into Finance, or a similar professional services market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of personal billings and market knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong entrepreneurial and business development mindset
- Confident ability to drive relationships with senior candidates and clients
- Ability to use own initiative
