Operating in a large and fragmented European services market, the platform is well positioned to consolidate its space and drive long-term value creation.
This is a hands-on, in-house role working closely with the C-suite and investors, focused on supporting origination, executing transactions, and contributing to integration across multiple geographies.
The RoleYou will play a key role in delivering the M&A strategy, with a strong emphasis on execution and supporting integration:
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities sourced by senior leadership and external networks
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Support the preparation of investment papers and internal approval materials
- Manage transactions end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Assist with due diligence across financial, legal, tax, commercial, and operational workstreams
- Support negotiation, structuring, and successful deal completion
- Work across multiple live transactions simultaneously, maintaining pace and attention to detail
- Contribute to post-merger integration planning and execution, tracking performance against investment cases
4–7 years’ experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or a similar environment. Ideally some in-house M&A / Corporate Development experience. Strong track record of supporting transactions through the full deal lifecycle. Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillset. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to senior leadership.
