I'm working with a PE-Backed FS business, one of the most active acquirers in the UK, who is looking for a M&A Integration Senior Manager based in London.
You'll be a key part of the team that turns each acquisition into a successful, fully integrated part of the group.
The role
- Lead integrations of acquired businesses end to end, from due diligence and Day 1 / 100-day plans through to post-integration review.
- Run several integrations in parallel, coordinating Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Legal, IT, Compliance and Marketing workstreams.
- Roll out the group's target operating model so acquired firms run on standard processes and can scale.
- Deliver client and data migrations, systems integration and premises moves with minimal disruption to clients.
- Define and track synergy targets, including those linked to earn-out arrangements.
- Work with Compliance on FCA change in control, Consumer Duty and good client outcomes.
- Build trust with founders and advisers of acquired firms, and support retention and cultural integration.
- Report progress, risks and value delivered to senior leadership, and refine the integration playbook.
What you'll bring
- 6–7 years in M&A integration, transformation or programme delivery, ideally including end-to-end integrations.
- Financial services experience from any FS sector: banking, insurance, asset or wealth management, platforms or payments.
- Hands‑on experience with target operating models, data migration and cross‑functional workstreams.
- Knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape.
- Experience of buy‑and‑build, consolidation or earn‑out structures is a plus.
Why apply
You'll join a high-volume deal environment with real responsibility from day one. You'll work alongside various business leaders and help shape one of the UK's fastest-growing groups' continued success.
