Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Remote/Hybrid depending upon preference

To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dedicated Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to focus on hiring top-tier talent into Phipps Cameron Recruitment. This is a key role in shaping the future of our business and ensuring we continue to attract high-calibre consultants and future leaders. This role would suit either an experienced recruitment consultant who wants to pivot towards in-house talent acquisition or an experienced talent acquisition who wants a busy and fast-paced smaller organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full internal recruitment lifecycle for Phipps Cameron Recruitment, from attraction through to offer.
  • Proactively source and engage top recruitment talent and all other recruitment hires, from graduates to experienced consultants.
  • Develop and deliver creative attraction strategies, including employer branding, social media campaigns, and referral initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, team structures, and long-term growth plans.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes to ensure cultural and professional alignment.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Phipps Cameron Recruitment, representing our values and culture in all candidate interactions.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring effective and efficient hiring processes.
  • Contribute to onboarding and induction processes to ensure a seamless new joiner experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency, RPO, or in-house).
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment industry and what attracts top-performing consultants.
  • Proven ability to source and attract talent using multiple methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct headhunting, networking).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or recruitment campaigns would be advantageous.
