Role Overview

As M&A Integration Lead, you’ll report directly to the executive team and own the planning and execution of end-to-end integration projects. You’ll act as the central link between the acquired business and internal stakeholders—ensuring operational alignment, synergy realization, and smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integration planning and execution for newly acquired businesses
  • Collaborate across departments (Finance, Ops, Product, GTM) to deliver cohesive integration roadmaps
  • Build repeatable integration frameworks and processes for future acquisitions
