To support continued growth and evolving business needs, the company is currently seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to provide essential support on a fixed-term basis.
With a strong focus on cutting-edge research and market leadership, the business continues to invest significantly in its people, processes, and technologies. This interim opportunity offers the successful candidate the chance to deliver critical financial insights and strategic decision support across multiple business units, while helping to drive performance and improve financial processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business growth and profitability during the interim period.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units, providing timely financial insights to drive strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, updating projections based on business performance and market conditions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial reports to senior leadership.
- Develop and enhance financial models to improve performance tracking, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to optimise cost structures and improve margin performance.
- Deliver financial analysis on key business projects, including new product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant.
- Proven experience in an FP&A role within a complex, international pharmaceutical or healthcare business.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and support decision-making.
- Experience in a PE-backed environment would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with financial planning tools and large-scale ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of improving financial processes and delivering insights that add value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities during the contract period.
