A fast-growing financial services organisation in Northern England is urgently seeking an Interim Director of Post-Merger Integration (PMI) to lead critical integration activity following recent M&A activity. This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who can hit the ground running and drive integration across operational, cultural, and technical workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of post-merger integration initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Align integration work with the strategic objectives of the business and ensure synergies are realised.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across departments including Finance, HR, IT, Risk, and Legal.
- Identify and mitigate risks across integration timelines, people, and systems.
- Track and report progress, providing regular updates to the executive team.
- Support change management, communications, and cultural alignment efforts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven interim experience leading complex post-merger integrations, ideally in financial services or other regulated sectors.
- Able to operate autonomously and bring structure to fast-moving integration environments.
