We are Partnering exclusively with a high-growth, PE-backed multinational in the Business Services sector, currently entering an exciting new phase of transformation and investment. Backed by a leading investor, this organisation is centralising and professionalising its finance function to match its scale and ambition.
As they continue to streamline operations globally, they are seeking a new Head of FP&A to design, build and lead a best-in-class planning and analysis function. Reporting directly to Group CFO, this role will have full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, strategic decision support and team leadership across a highly complex, multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior FP&A leader to take real ownership of building a global FP&A function from the ground up, in a highly visible and commercially critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing a high-performing FP&A team, with a focus on sustainable capability and process excellence
- Designing and implementing best-in-class budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes aligned with corporate strategy
- Partnering with senior leadership and Private Equity investors to provide actionable insights and strategic decision support
- Enhancing financial models, reporting packs and performance dashboards to enable informed decision-making
- Streamlining and standardising processes across global hubs and business units to drive consistency and efficiency
- Navigating complex multi-entity structures (450+ legal entities) and multiple currencies, supporting ongoing systems integration (Dynamics 365)
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data flows, governance and transparency across the organisation
- Supporting M&A activity, integration planning and investor reporting as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- ACA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in Business Services.
- Significant experience leading FP&A in a complex, multinational environment β ideally in Business Services, Advisory, or other people/time-based businesses
- Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing teams and defining robust FP&A processes in evolving organisations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in a matrix environment
- Hands-on, pragmatic and proactive β comfortable balancing strategic design with operational delivery
- Background in Private Equity-backed businesses or high-growth transformation environments is highly desirable
- International experience managing multi-country, multi-currency operations would be advantageous
