As Group Revenue Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Revenue Management and take ownership of key pricing and forecasting strategies across a high-value portfolio. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and finance, with opportunities to influence commercial decisions and partner closely across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies that maximise RevPAR, adapting to shifts in demand, seasonality, and competitor behaviour
- Leveraging insights from market trends, historical data, and booking patterns to create detailed forecasts and inform rate decisions
- Analysing the behaviours of high-value customers in the luxury segment to create targeted, high-impact pricing approaches
- Monitoring competitor activity and promotional trends to ensure agile, market-responsive strategies
- Managing inventory across multiple channels—direct, trade, and online—ensuring optimal pricing and availability
- Producing regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for revenue growth
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to align pricing with broader business goals
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy within the luxury sector.
- Advanced analytical skills with deep Excel expertise and comfort working with forecasting models and large datasets.
