With a prestigious legacy and an ambitious vision for the future, this is a company on the rise—and they’re looking for a commercially sharp and analytically driven Group Revenue Manager to join them on this journey.

As Group Revenue Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Revenue Management and take ownership of key pricing and forecasting strategies across a high-value portfolio. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and finance, with opportunities to influence commercial decisions and partner closely across the business. • Leveraging insights from market trends, historical data, and booking patterns to create detailed forecasts and inform rate decisions.
  • Analysing the behaviours of high-value customers in the luxury segment to create targeted, high-impact pricing approaches.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and promotional trends to ensure agile, market-responsive strategies.
  • Managing inventory across multiple channels—direct, trade, and online—ensuring optimal pricing and availability.
  • Producing regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for revenue growth.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to align pricing with broader business goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy within the luxury sector.
  • Advanced analytical skills with deep Excel expertise and comfort working with forecasting models and large datasets.
  • A confident communicator, able to translate complex insights into clear strategies for a range of stakeholders.
