We are partnering with a high-growth, Private Equity-backed healthcare and manufacturing group to appoint a Group Head of FP&A. This is a pivotal senior role sitting between the FP&A Director and the wider Group Finance team, supporting a business entering a period of increased structure, discipline, and transformation. This is a succession-track role, with clear progression into the FP&A Director position within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning
  • Improve monthly reporting quality, consistency, and insight across the group
  • Strengthen FP&A processes, controls, and data integrity across the business
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance and commercial insight
  • Support transformation initiatives and wider business improvement projects
  • Act as deputy to the FP&A Director and take ownership of key group deliverables
