We are seeking a high-performing Strategy & Transformation Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of strategic, operational, and transformational leadership roles—and knows how to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, driving business development, and creating new opportunities across a portfolio of high-growth and PE-backed businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring needs across transformation, value creation, corporate strategy, commercial excellence, operations, and organisational design.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across senior individual contributor and leadership roles within strategy and transformation functions.
- Drive business development, generating new opportunities through proactive outreach, insight-based recommendations, and relationship building.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with C‑suite leaders, investment professionals, and senior strategy executives.
- Develop deep market intelligence on talent trends, competitor movements, organisational structures, and compensation benchmarks.
- Create and execute effective sourcing strategies that attract high‑calibre candidates, including those in private equity, consulting, and high‑growth environments.
- Lead structured candidate evaluation processes, including competency interviews, assessment summaries, and client debriefs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, focused on strategy, transformation, or related corporate functions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business, open doors, and convert relationships into revenue.
- Strong relationship builder with experience advising senior stakeholders and owning key accounts.
- Ability to understand complex organisational needs and translate them into effective talent solutions.
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in high‑calibre, competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with private equity firms or recruiting for PE‑backed portfolio companies.
- Background recruiting for strategy consulting, corporate strategy, value creation, or operating roles.
- Familiarity with compensation structuring, role scoping, and market mapping within highly specialised talent pools.
