The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven EMEA Financial Controller to play a key role in driving business growth across the region. This position will be instrumental in strengthening financial governance, enhancing reporting frameworks, and leading transformation initiatives to support expansion and profitability. As a senior finance leader, the role will ensure compliance, financial integrity, and strategic alignment across diverse manufacturing operations, providing critical insights and support to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing and maintaining robust internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity across the EMEA region.
  • Driving financial transformation initiatives to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and implement advanced financial systems.
  • Managing regional financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic business objectives.
  • Supporting senior leadership with insightful financial analysis and recommendations to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and support business growth initiatives.
  • Leading financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and purchase price allocations.
  • Coordinating with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and governance.
