- Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to monitor post-deal performance, report on KPIs, and provide insightful financial analysis to leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for the Board, investors, and senior leadership (SLT), ensuring clear communication of strategic initiatives and performance.
- Support the preparation of business cases, valuation analyses, and strategic recommendations on acquisition targets and corporate initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of integration playbooks and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&A, ideally gained within a fast-paced industry (e.g. TMT, technology, services) but also open to other industries depending on experience.
- Strong exposure to post-merger integration activities, with a clear understanding of the operational and financial challenges post-deal.
- In-house experience is highly desirable; candidates with advisory backgrounds who have led integration workstreams will also be considered.
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to distil complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, analytical, and adaptable, with the ambition to grow within a strategic and commercially impactful role.
Why Apply?
Unique opportunity to join a highly visible team at the heart of a fast-growing international business. Exposure to the full M&A lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on value creation post-acquisition.
