You’ll have immediate access to active mandates and engaged clients—but success here comes from what you build, not what you inherit.

Who You Are

  • A consistent top biller in a search or specialist recruitment environment
  • Strong, proven business development capability
  • Experience across M&A, Corporate Development, Strategy, Transformation, Technology, or Financial Services
  • Commercially sharp, credible, and confident with senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you want ownership, accountability, and upside
  • Private Equity exposure is beneficial, but not essential. We’re open to high-performing recruiters ready to step into this space.
