Phipps Cameron are currently partnered with a leading PE-backed Management Consultancy looking to hire a new permanent Chief Financial Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the business in preparation for an upcoming liquidity event.
Required experience:
- Background in the management consulting industry
- Experience working in private equity backed environments going through M&A acquisitions.
- Demonstrable experience in equity and/or debt raising.
- Previous experience helping a business prepare for an exit or sale event.
- Exposure to CMap or similar software would be highly desirable.
