As an FP&A Analyst, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering critical financial planning, analysis, and reporting to both regional and group leadership.   • Supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple regions and business units
  • Preparing, analysing, and presenting key financial reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing sophisticated financial models to support scenario planning and long-term forecasting
  • Providing insightful variance analysis by investigating financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
  • Partnering closely with finance, operational, and commercial teams across geographies to deliver financial insights and challenge assumptions
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including preparation of board and executive-level materials
  • Assisting in strategic projects, including business transformation initiatives, investment evaluations, and operational efficiency programmes

Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) with experience in commercial finance or FP&A. Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience within a large, complex, multinational organisation. Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced Excel skills essential. Highly developed communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams globally. Sector experience within logistics, supply chain, industrial services, or a related area would be advantageous.
