A high-growth, private equity-backed technology platform is seeking an M&A Manager to join its UK team and support an active acquisition programme across IT services and managed services businesses. The group has completed dozens of acquisitions to date, generating near €500m revenue and employing staff across Europe, with significant expansion planned in the UK market. This is a unique opportunity to join early in the UK expansion and play a key role in sourcing, executing and closing acquisitions within a professional, high-deal-flow environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support full deal lifecycle from origination through to completion
  • Source and engage acquisition targets and build a pipeline
  • Develop relationships with founders, advisors and intermediaries
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation and investment assessments
  • Coordinate due diligence and prepare investment materials
  • Support negotiations and transaction execution

Requirements

  • 5–8 years’ experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or Private Equity
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Experience analysing financial statements and business performance
  • Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement ability
  • Highly motivated, hands-on and execution focused
