High-growth PE-backed technology business with an active M&A agenda, are seeking an immediately available candidate to manage a complex carve out.
This will be an experienced, detail-oriented Transformation leader to work directly with the CEO, leadership team and PE sponsor. This is a hands-on operator role – taking the programme from consultant thesis to execution.
- Separation programme leadership, end-to-end
- Own Day 1 readiness, TSA management and exit
- Translate deal thesis into clear plan of execution, holding all stakeholders to account
- Lead cross-functional workstreams across Technology, Product, Finance, HR and Operations, etc.
- Drive technology, systems, process and organisational transformation
- Establish governance, KPIs and executive reporting
- Work directly with the CEO, Board and PE sponsor to drive pace and accountability
Experience sought:
- Carve-outs and separations experience
- Technology business exposure, ideally software
- Portco experience
You will be commercially sharp, highly pragmatic and comfortable operating at both Board level and in the detail.
