Job Purpose
The Global Events Specialist will have strategic oversight and responsibility for the entire events program, ensuring seamless integration with global marketing objectives. They will lead the planning, development, and execution of events on an international scale, from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by coordinating requirements, contacts, schedules, assignments, and mailing lists.
- Lead event development, production, and delivery from proposal to execution.
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expectations.
- Travel to events for setup support when needed.
- Prepare marketing reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
- Uphold brand integrity and guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in developing events and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized and performs well under pressure.
- Project management skills, able to be proactive and commercially focused when delivering to financial and time‑based objectives.
