Job Purpose: The Finance Manager provides financial leadership, governance, and commercial insight across manufacturing operations, inter site transactions, budgeting and forecasting, investment decisions, and revenue growth initiatives. The role acts as a financial authority and decision enabler, balancing strong financial discipline with operational and commercial pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns the annual Budget and Business Plan working cross functionally in line with plant strategic objectives.
  • Leads and oversees the monthly forecast process, ensuring timely, accurate, and aligned financial outlooks.
  • Coordinates inputs across operational and commercial stakeholders, challenging assumptions and ensuring consistency.
  • Provides clear visibility of risks, opportunities, and variances to plan, supporting proactive decision‐making.
  • Ensures robust cost control, inventory valuation, and financial compliance while enabling operational execution.
  • Owns the full business case lifecycle from initial concept through to final financial recommendation.
  • Actively participates in revenue growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Leads and develops finance team ensuring succession and progression in place.

Skills:

  • Experienced manufacturing finance leader with strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
  • High Level of Excel skills and capability.
  • SAP Experience preferred.

Qualification And Experience:

  • Degree in finance or relevant discipline.
  • Professional Finance Accreditation.
