PHINIA is seeking a Finance Manager for the Gillingham site, reporting to the Site Finance Controller.

You will support monthly and annual reporting, ensuring compliance and robust controls across AP, AR and GL functions.

You will lead the finance team, coordinate audits, and drive forecasting, budgeting, and working capital improvements in a multinational environment.

This role focuses on process control and accurate financial reporting at site level.
