The sales & Office Coordinator role is responsible for supporting all sales activity & general administrative duties for the office. A self-starter who thrives in a busy office environment managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, liaising with other departments, and providing swift and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing inbound customer enquiries from the website and the main sales/marketing email inbox
- Ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely manner
- Responding to customer queries from our global distributors, including providing accurate and productive information
- Processing customer orders and ensuring they are input in a timely manner
- Liaise with Supply Chain and Logistics to advise customers on availability & lead times
- Monitor orders on the system and ensure customers are kept informed on progress
- Provide telephone and admin support for members of the sales team
- Reporting figures for management
- General office & site engagement co-ordination when required
- Assisting the senior management team members/other departments with ad-hoc project/tasks when necessary
- Experience in customer service and sales order processing
- Excellent communication skills, including articulate telephone manner and written communication
- Highly accurate when inputting information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Language skills are desirable but not essential
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Self-starting and resilient with the ability to make progress
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in making decisions
